Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and support network security measures.
- Perform regular system upgrades and updates.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related issues.
- Conduct routine audits of network systems to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
- Document network configurations and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- CompTIA Network+ Certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
